CloseStash™ is a real estate referral and marketing platform. CloseStash may connect consumers with independently owned and operated real estate professionals and may offer a transaction-related reward where permitted by law and applicable transaction requirements.
CloseStash is not a real estate brokerage, mortgage lender, title company, law firm, tax advisor, appraiser, home inspector, or insurance provider unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
2. No Brokerage or Agency Relationship
Using the website, viewing information, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, attorney-client, lender-borrower, or other professional relationship.
3. Stash Back Rewards
Stash Back rewards are subject to transaction-specific requirements, lender guidelines, brokerage approval, applicable law, available referral revenue, and any limitations disclosed during the transaction.
No reward is earned until all applicable requirements are satisfied and the transaction successfully closes. Nothing on the website guarantees a particular reward amount, credit, commission, savings, or financial result.
4. Calculators and Estimates
Any calculator, estimate, example, projection, home valuation discussion, or savings illustration is provided for general informational purposes only and is not an appraisal, loan estimate, settlement statement, guarantee, or professional advice.
